About the Role:

Prospera Credit Union is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Coordinator to support our Strategic Sourcing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of Prospera's contract administration software (Gatekeeper).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure contracts are signed in accordance with Prospera's Management Signing Authority Policy.
  • Monitor compliance with Prospera's Vendor Management Policy, escalating any exceptions.
  • Provide support to Prospera's vendor managers as required.
  • Support contract renewals promptly, escalating any active contracts at risk of expiry in accordance with agreed processes.
  • Support vendor manager's execution of contract performance reviews in accordance with policy.
  • Manage inventory of Gatekeeper documents in compliance with policy, notifications, and access rights.
  • Coordinate low-risk sponsorship agreements.
  • Support reporting requests as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • 1-2 years of related experience, specifically in purchasing, accounting, and/or contract administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive communication skills and ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
