This role demands a profound expertise in the pipeline sector, with an emphasis on understanding the dynamics of the Pipeline business, identifying forthcoming opportunities, and recognizing potential bidders. The primary focus will be on cultivating robust relationships with pivotal pipeline clients and industry stakeholders, facilitating employee growth, devising sales and support initiatives, and enhancing customer trust to establish Brandt as the go-to supplier and solution provider in the North American pipeline landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive market share objectives to ensure Brandt's long-term prosperity.
  • Meet asset management targets to optimize inventory turnover and reduce aging stock.
  • Contribute insights on standardized build specifications for inventory offerings.
  • Deliver comprehensive feedback and projections regarding necessary inventory levels to meet sales and market share aspirations.
  • Provide strategic insights for future prospects in light of competitive pressures.
  • Promote and sell the telematics and machine monitoring features that distinguish Brandt and John Deere.
  • Assist in analyzing competitive bids and pricing to enhance market intelligence and improve profit margins.
  • Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional Brandt sales teams to strengthen customer relationships, formulate multi-tiered sales approaches, and offer mentorship on sales tactics to navigate market challenges.
  • Support the professional development of team members within the designated area to cultivate knowledgeable, motivated, and successful teams.
  • Foster sales growth and identify new prospects within the Pipeline Industry in the assigned region.
  • Frequent travel within the designated area is expected, with potential for international travel.
  • Comprehend customer organizational structures and the distinct market challenges and opportunities.
  • Enhance understanding of customer purchasing strategies, long-term budgeting processes (CAPEX/OPEX), and prevailing market trends in the Pipeline industry.
  • Provide constructive feedback to Brandt Product Support and Brandt Engineered Products to aid in the development of attachments and other offerings aimed at expanding industry opportunities.
  • Engage in Brandt/Deere Customer Advocacy Group initiatives.
