Retail Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bakery Manager to join our team at Patel Family And Associate Business LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, including assigning duties and tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and optimal inventory levels.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize business performance.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements based on business needs and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
