About the Role
Camp Jefferson is a dynamic and innovative team of creatives who thrive in a collaborative environment. As a Digital Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients and driving their social media presence forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client brand identities and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and produce high-quality visual content for various social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' target audiences, leveraging this insight to inform creative strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Work closely with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine creative concepts, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital art direction or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual content creation, social media strategy, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation software is a plus.
