About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in supporting the integration of newcomers, refugees, and veterans into our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote cultural competency and awareness.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for newcomers, refugees, and veterans to support their social and labour market integration.
  • Recruit and support candidates with military experience through targeted hiring initiatives and provide flexible onboarding options to facilitate their transition into the civilian workforce.
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, and storage.
  • Support the recognition of foreign credentials and provide resources to help mature workers plan their retirement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
