Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and sales growth.
    • Exceed commercial targets through effective client development and sales strategies.
  • Sales
    • Deepen relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase sales.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Service
    • Elevate the client experience by delivering memorable moments and exceptional service.
    • Demonstrate passion for the Tiffany brand and embody its values in every client interaction.
  • Experience
    • Fluently bilingual in French and English.
    • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
    • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of diamonds and precious stones (diploma/accredited certification a plus).
  • A college/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
