Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Esso. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap, shelves, and floors.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate at Esso, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work during peak periods.
