Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant group seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a Kitchen Manager at The Olive Press, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff
Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to new staff members, focusing on kitchen procedures, food safety, and customer service standards.
Inventory ManagementAccurately estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
Quality ControlEnsure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
Certifications and ComplianceMaintain up-to-date certifications in food safety and handling, and ensure that all staff members are compliant with relevant regulations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
CertificationsFood Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
TransportationOwn transportation.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment, working under pressure.
Personal SuitabilityTeam player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
