Senior Business Process Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Process Consultant to join our team at S I Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in redefining our client's service management framework and optimizing their business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and refine the client's current service offerings to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop a clear scope for service delivery and ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead the development of documentation that defines and clarifies the organization's scope of work
  • Evaluate the department's current service level management agreements to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations
  • Develop comprehensive documentation outlining roles, responsibilities, and scope of work for key tasks and services
  • Provide weekly status updates to the project team and stakeholders, outlining progress and identified gaps
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Process Re-engineering expert
  • Strong experience in service management, including redefinition of services and process optimization
  • Experience in creating and reviewing service level agreements and related documentation
  • Experience working with the Federal Government or Crown Corporations
