Senior Business Consultant

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting impact and risk assessments, analyzing costs and benefits, and developing business cases for various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits
  • Developing business cases for strategic, business improvement, and information technology initiatives
  • Experience with systems development methodologies and life cycles for application development
  • Leading an organization through large-scale technology changes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience at the senior management level in a large and complex organization
  • Experience with business writing, communication, and documentation
  • Experience with government planning and budgeting processes and procedures
  • Experience with information management concepts, privacy, and security issues relating to FOIP

Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization
  • Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles
  • Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role
