About the Role

As a Senior Financial Consultant at Arrow Financial Business, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Our Financial Services Professionals are customer-centric and able to connect with people in a relatable way. As an essential member of our team, your focus will be to:

  • Take a proactive approach to discovering our client's needs, listening to understand what they are asking for
  • Educate our clients, providing relevant insights and expert advice
  • Build our client's comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals
  • Nurture strong, long-standing relationships
  • Develop, retain and grow our client base by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive client experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • The appetite and drive to build strong client relationships
  • A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies including day-to-day banking, investments and borrowing solutions
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that align to a client's stated goals
  • A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma
