Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at ENVIRO PALLET RECOVERY BUY & SELL (2004) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Ability to provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and Indigenous people.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
