Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at AccuGen Accounting Ltd. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide information on our services and products.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our accounting team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Asset Languages: Hindi, Punjabi.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex client issues.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in database software, MS Office, and Google Drive.
