Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of food service staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that they are ordered in a timely manner.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that our restaurant is meeting its goals and objectives.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent position with 30 to 44 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
