Your Responsibilities:

  • Execution of project management strategies.
  • Collaboration on the development of initial draft plans and financial analysis of various plan options.
  • Oversight of the consultant team to guarantee timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Facilitation of timely planning approvals (Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment, Draft Plan Approval, etc.).
  • Reporting to senior leadership on project progress and financial health.
  • Coordination of cost-sharing agreements.
  • Collaboration with the homebuilding division.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the land development sector.
  • Experience in project management, including scheduling, financial reporting, and team/consultant management.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning.
