Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of their customer support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of empathy and patience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggestions for improvement.
- Adherence: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and customer service software.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
