Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment in our stores, adding joy to our customers' lives, and leveraging our products to tell stories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive and engaging customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and programs to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is an asset.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
