About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a Warm and Welcoming Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in our stores, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Add Joy to Our Customers' Lives: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Leverage Our Product to Tell Stories: Utilize our products and services to create engaging and memorable experiences for customers, showcasing our brand's unique offerings and values.
  • Engage and Connect with Customers: Build trust and rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Curate Product Collections: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to provide expert recommendations and solutions to customers.
  • Ensure Visual Standards: Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Role Model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics: Demonstrate and promote Indigo's core values, including a commitment to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Seek Information and Feedback: Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and programs, and solicit feedback from customers and colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Contribute to a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Participate in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in Retail or a Related Field: Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills, adapt to changing situations, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: Show a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and move freely throughout the store.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
