Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at SKY-HII GROUP INC. as an Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
