Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and manage the daily cage and main bank operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to gaming, health and safety, and licensing.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Team Management: Assist with the hiring, training, evaluating, recognition, and development of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including guests, ownership, team members, vendors, and regulators.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: One or more years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a gaming or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude, managerial skills, and familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced environments. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the relevant regulatory body.
Work Environment

This role requires a flexible schedule, adapting to the business needs of a 24-hour operation, with non-traditional work hours, including evening and weekend shifts.
