About the Role:

Silverblaze is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely resolutions and technical support to users, troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
  • Collaborate with R&D team members to determine root cause and deploy solutions to customer issues.
  • Contribute technical solutions and ideas in a supportive, collaborative environment.
  • Be a subject matter expert for Silverblaze products.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on software development experience, including Full Stack Java/J2EE software design and development experience.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, and XML, as well as object-oriented programming.
  • Solid understanding of database design and development, including SQL, Bootstrap, Apache, and Tomcat.
  • Understanding of computer science concepts such as Data Structures, Algorithm Design and Optimization, System Architecture, and Design Patterns.
