Bilingual Technical Support Specialist - Remote Opportunity

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary role will be to deliver expert assistance to clients facing challenges with their computing devices and peripherals. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing support to clients through phone and remote access tools
  • Troubleshooting both hardware and software complications
  • Diagnosing and articulating solutions for various computer-related issues
  • Offering telephonic technical guidance for a range of consumer electronics
  • Escalating issues from clients and service partners when necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual capabilities in English and French
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service
  • Comprehensive understanding of PC hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • A positive demeanor and a collaborative spirit
