About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team at Impera Auto Collision Inc. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports and communicate with customers to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Plan and execute repair work, including replacing front end components, body components, doors and frame, and underbody components.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, and mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
  • Repair or replace interior components, including windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors to ensure a perfect finish.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
  • Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Overtime required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in the field of employment.
