Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at ProColor Collision Etobicoke North. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Workspace: Ensure a safe and organized work environment by cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and workspace.
  • Repair and Refinish Vehicles: Use advanced techniques and equipment to repair and refinish damaged vehicles, including replacing front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components.
  • Inspect and Test Vehicles: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure vehicles are repaired to manufacturer's specifications and meet quality standards.
  • Communicate with Customers: Provide excellent customer service by advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Complete scheduled maintenance services to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Record and Report Work: Accurately complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in collision repair or a related field.
  • Certifications: Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 44 hours per week.
