About the Role

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join our Design team at Info-Tech Research Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to gather requirements for interaction projects and visualizing a shared understanding of the needs of leadership, product, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and create data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to inform design solutions.
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Present design solutions and insights to leadership and product teams.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in user experience design, including a portfolio highlighting your projects and contributions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in UX, HCI, Design, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience working with and gathering requirements from stakeholders and internal users.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
