Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Counsel to join our team at OSCO Group Services Limited. As a key member of our Construction Group, you will play a critical role in reviewing, editing, and managing Non-Disclosure Agreements, as well as assisting in contractual review and negotiations.

Responsibilities
  • Review and edit complex Non-Disclosure Agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist in the review and negotiation of construction contracts to ensure fair and equitable terms for both parties.
  • Manage litigation files and provide support to the General Counsel in coordinating with outside counsel.
  • Conduct research on case law and legislation to stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
  • Manage contractual deadlines and notice requirements to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel to coordinate with outside counsel and ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay organized and manage a high volume of workload to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • LLB or equivalent degree and/or accreditation from the Federation of Law Societies (if applicable).
  • 1-5 years of experience in any area of law, with a focus on construction law.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
