Patient Care Coordinator (Acute & Ambulatory Care) - Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)
Vancouver Coastal Health is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse to become an integral part of our team. This role involves providing essential leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team focused on patient care.
Position Overview:
- Oversee patient care initiatives within a specialized area of expertise.
- Guarantee the delivery of exceptional patient care while serving as a clinical resource.
- Facilitate the training and professional growth of staff members.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and research operations.
- Encourage educational advancement and research initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse in British Columbia.
- Relevant clinical and supervisory experience.
- Understanding of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Capability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills and the physical capacity to fulfill job responsibilities.
