We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As a Dietitian II, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical nutrition services to patients in our Primary Care setting
- Developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborating with interprofessional teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and dietetics

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
- Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program (or equivalent acceptable to the facility)
- Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
- Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment (or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience)
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to integrate and evaluate pertinent data to problem-solve and make decisions effectively.
