Dietitian II

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian II to join our Primary Care team in Quesnel. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively to develop and deliver health services that promote person and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions, including diabetes, kidney disease, and chronic diseases.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics.
- Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program (or equivalent acceptable to the facility).
- Registrant of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia.
- Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
