Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively to develop and deliver health services that promote person and family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans of care for patients with complex nutrition needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on healthy eating and nutrition
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nutrition and dietetics
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
  • Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
  • Registrant of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
  • Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment
