Dietitian II

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian II to join our Primary Care team in Quesnel. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively to develop and deliver health services that promote person and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with interprofessional teams
- Provide competent, safe, and ethical care for individuals and families in various settings
- Apply evidence-informed practice to achieve effective outcomes related to participation in valued activities
- Contribute to the fulfillment of the overall plan of care developed by the interprofessional team
- Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
- Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program (or equivalent acceptable to the facility)
- Registrant of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
- Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
