We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency and High Acuity Care unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct nursing care to patients, identifying their needs and following established standards and policies to ensure quality care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as required.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
- CPR certification.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care is an asset.
As a Registered Nurse with Northern Health Authority, you will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, providing care to patients in our Emergency and High Acuity Care unit.
Compensation and Benefits:This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $59.52/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
