Role Summary

  • Branch Operations Coordinator What is the opportunity? The RBC Dominion Securities Management team is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator to enhance their operations. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service while providing administrative and operational assistance to both clients and team members. What will you do?
  • Assist in managing incoming inquiries from clients, Advisors, and various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver attentive and precise service to staff and clients, addressing their requirements effectively.
  • Execute administrative responsibilities to support the Management team: review and reconcile reports, process transactions, maintain records, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform administrative and operational duties to aid Advisor teams: manage incoming and outgoing funds, process account opening and maintenance documentation, among other tasks.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent time management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A professional demeanor in all situations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Capability to perform tasks independently while seeking solutions proactively.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is a plus.
  • Experience within the securities industry is beneficial.
