**We are looking for a positive team player that will maintain and promote positive relationships with employees, customers, and vendors, and will align with the overall growth vision of Apex.**

**This branch is a cornerstone location located in a strong area and a competitive marketplace. There is tremendous opportunity available for Apex in this expanding continuously changing market. The Grande Prairie team prides themselves as a hard-working and customer orientated group.**

**The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team and maximizing profits within the parameters of the sales and expense budgets. He/She will have the overall responsibility for safety at their location by creating a safe work environment and supporting the Company Safety Program.**

**Some duties include**:

- **Effectively leading, motivating and training employees with a strong focus on operations and business processes.**:

- **Ensuring customer service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is maximized.**:

- **Developing, managing, and nurturing new and existing business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals.**

**The Branch Manager is responsible for staffing, planning, budgeting and cost control and ensuring company policies are procedures are carried out. The position offers a highly competitive compensation, bonus and benefit program.**

**Salary is negotioble and commiserate** **with experience. In addition Apex Distribution has an attrative bonus program with tremendous opportunity formualted on branch results and perfomance.**

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
