About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at PERFECT SIDING & ROOFING LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, taking into account site-specific conditions and customer needs.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, maintaining a high level of proficiency and adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe and stable working environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, ensuring accurate installations and meeting customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Work Environment

This role will be based in a construction site environment, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions and physical demands.

Language and Work Hours

The primary language of work is English, and the work hours are 30 hours per week.
