About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at PERFECT SIDING & ROOFING LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, reading blueprints and specifications, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including siding and trim, to ensure a watertight seal and a professional finish.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, including siding and trim, to maintain their integrity and extend their lifespan.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders, to complete installations and repairs.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
