Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users facing technical difficulties with their computers.
  • Refer to user manuals, technical documents, and other resources to devise and implement effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on identified issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by other support analysts.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and Internet-related issues.
  • Set up equipment for staff use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and relevant software.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
