We're currently seeking a dedicated **Operations Coordinator **to join our dynamic team at our Vaughan office with travel to major venues across the U.S. and Canada.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our cutting-edge computer hardware systems used for registration and ticketing at various events. Your responsibilities will include configuring and deploying laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, routers, switches, and other essential hardware components. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation, providing software training to users, and representing our brand at trade shows. Training is on-the-job at full pay.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Use preset verbiages as a starting point for communicating
- preparing hardware for shipping: cleaning, charging, testing, shipping and receiving
- Installing network routers, switches, computers, printers, and cabling
- Maintaining inventory of items including quality control
- Following shipping and receiving best practices to ensure transportation processes meet high standards, reducing the risks of damage, loss, or other complications.
- Daily status reports, Calendar updates, document updates
- Teaching and guiding others on best Operations practices
- Prepare shows for going onsite (checklists/calendars) and full scanner shipping cycle
- Work onsite at shows across North America
- Train, monitor and supervise onsite temp staff for accuracy and professionalism
- Troubleshooting of equipment, remote and onsite
- Provide phone support after office hours on rotation basis
- Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and working in other departments as needed.
- This position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet demands of the business during the year.

**The following skills & aptitudes will encourage success on our team**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Comfortable with computer hardware & software
- Strong in Google suite of apps
- Planning and evaluating of circumstances in order to adjust plans
- Listening to & interpreting information efficiently
- Willingness to be trained and set a high standard of performance for yourself
- Proficient use of the English language in writing and speaking professionally
- Comfortable driving and traveling within the GTA in order to arrive on time to begin work
- You enjoy variety in your work environment that includes travel for work U.S. and Canada
- You are comfortable with long work days while working shows

**Requirements**:

- Valid Canadian passport
- Read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally
- Keyboarding minimum skills of 40+ wpm and 95+% accuracy
- A clean 5-year certified driver's record from the Government of Ontario
- Own your own car for regular and reliable transportation
- Physically active and comfortable with constant sitting, kneeling, standing, walking,

bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping with weights up to 35lbs
- Regular travel across the U.S. and Canada to visit clients and work shows
- Open and flexible to work evenings, weekends, long days, and STAT holidays (this is the nature of the show industry)
- A history of long term employment and are looking for long term employment
- Work well under pressure and maintain a professional attitude

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
