About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Degelman Industries LP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Travel regularly to visit customers, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with our manufacturing facilities to develop marketing strategies and maximize sales in the industry.
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and customer information.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and distribution agreements.
  • Collaborate with our dealer network to sell our products and provide excellent customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of direct agricultural sales experience, or a degree in Agribusiness or Agriculture.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and practices.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to attend trade shows and conduct presentations.
  • Travel will be a regular part of the job.
