Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Prepare Reports

Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
