Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Mirch Masala Restaurant Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
