We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at BFS AUTO REPAIR LTD.
Job Summary:The Reception Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on services and policies.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, sending invoices, and maintaining work records and logs.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Word.
- Language: English.
The Reception Clerk will work in a general office setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
