Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at 1032455 B.C. LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Stocking and Supply Management: Stock linen closets, handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Guest Services: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Clean and disinfect elevators, changing rooms, and showers, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Specialized Skills: Green economy sector, specialized environmental skills and knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
