The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, common areas, and other facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Guest Services: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Environmental Sustainability: Participate in environmental initiatives, reduce waste, and promote sustainable practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, physical stamina, ability to lift and move heavy objects.
