About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Greenwood Enterprises. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Work Scheduling and Planning
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
