About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 food service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards and are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
