The University of Waterloo is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to assist with the development and delivery of programs targeting elementary and secondary school audiences. The successful candidate will work closely with the School of Accounting and Finance to fulfill the school's outreach mandate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with equity deserving groups, including Black and Indigenous school-aged children.
  • Collaborate with other Outreach Coordinators across campus to deliver programs and source staff and volunteers.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to fulfill programming requirements and meet the school's mandate.
  • Document outreach programs and events, and report on outcomes for use in marketing and reference for future improvement.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or professional qualification in a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a classroom or similar environment.
  • Experience with development and/or delivery of math/financial literacy activities.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
