Position Overview

The role of the Dining Operations Supervisor at Cora Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant involves overseeing daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Work Environment

This position is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, focusing on breakfast and lunch services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
  • Provide training to staff regarding their roles, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports as required.
  • Organize and establish work schedules for the team.
