Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at MediPharm Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers in the Canadian legal cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with retailers across assigned territory.
  • Provide product education and training to retailers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Collaborate with management to plan sales activities and set goals for assigned territory.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on selling, communication, and negotiation.
  • Highly motivated, result-driven with excellent self-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in British Columbia.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and vehicle is a must; travelling required.
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent preferred.
