Working alongside a dynamic, high-performing team dedicated to both Guest Services and After-Sales support, you will embody the brand and foster ongoing growth in customer loyalty.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, web reviews, and live chat.
  • Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of Arc'teryx Guest Services and After-Sales protocols to respond to questions regarding products, technical specifications, and repairs.
  • Efficiently managing your workload while adhering to departmental service level objectives.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Are you the ideal candidate for the Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist role?

  • You are fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak proficiently.

  • You pay close attention to detail, including accurate data and order entry skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $45,000 - $46,000 CAD. Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training. Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not include additional benefits offered.
